A Different Idea

Here is a new and affordable idea for a portfolio case or book. This TransView pop-up easel portfolio case challenges tradition. It is a visual move away from the somber dark leather looking portfolio cases. This case is bright, modern, high tech and very professional in appearance. Yet this case is also functional, durable and affordable. This case has an exciting combination of features, functions and benefits to warrant look when one is considering portfolio cases.

One of the problems with any portfolio case is getting someone interested enough to open it. With the TransView cover on this book the front and back page are seen before the book is opened. If you have a strong photo or title page as the first photo it easily leads one to open and look through the book. The cover on the case is a tough translucent poly material that works to protect the content from damage while still allowing one to see through it.

The pop-up easel feature on this portfolio case adds exciting color and style when the book is closed and when the case is opened past 180 degrees the easel pops out for a hands-free presentation. When done, the easel folds easily away and the band used for the pop-up easel can then be used to keep the case closed.

This case has twelve 8 ½"X11" top load semi matt pocket pages. This allows the case to safely hold 24 8"X10" prints or 8 ½"X11" printed tear sheets. This should be plenty of pages for most models' book. This case comes with white mounting sheets in the pocket pages. This sheet makes it easy for you to center and mount your 8X10 or smaller prints to. The pocket pages are fused to the case cover. This is not a case that you add new pages too and might be one that over time you might out grow.

This case also has the triangle corner bookmark page feature that allows one to be sure the case opens to an important part of the case. If you are starting out and do not have many photos you can also use the bookmark feature to tuck away pages that do not contain any photos. This allows you to reduce the number of pages and keeps your book from looking half empty.

All of this comes at a very affordable price ($14.99) when compared to a traditional New York Scuba book or an even more expensive fine leather portfolio case. Will this case last as long as a $200 or $300 fine leather case? No. But it will last as long as the New York Agency's plastic and vinyl Scuba books. And with its high key styling, it looks just as professional and more modern.
